Thought for the week - Spiritual being

clock August 30, 2009 10:29 by author Michele

This week, the thought is short and sweet.

Ponder on it, repeat it to yourself 100 times a day, whenever you have a moment, or whenever you think about it

and then tell me how your life (and you) feel different at the end of the week

I am a spiritual being in a physical body,

I am divine and created from pure love.

I am love”

Wishing you a week of Divine Love.

Newsletters - August: A time of Renewal and Rebirth

clock August 25, 2009 10:39 by author Michele

August 2009: Spring is 1 week away—A time of renewal and rebirth

Hello,

A time of reassessment can encourage you to make changes whether great or small. This month, I hope to inspire you to reassess your life to determine if it truly reflects who you are. If it does, that’s fabulous! I hope to keep you inspired as you try new and daring things. If not, I hope to inspire you to make a change by providing two massages that you could use to help facilitate a change within you.

I wish you a time of renewal and reassessment that makes your "Spring cleaning" fun and leaves you feeling revitalized and fabulous.

Wishing you a wonderful Spring!

Massage assisting in Renewal and Rebirth:

The first massage I’d like to introduce you to is the Dead Sea body scrub and massage. This is a full body scrub and massage. Using accredited Dead Sea products, your body is gently exfoliated with a Dead Sea body scrub, thus enabling your body to be cleansed of all dead cells and your mind to focus on releasing that which  no longer serves you and that which is keeping you “stuck”. As you come out of the Winter cocoon, you are able to physically shed this from your body, inviting rebirth and renewal. As Spring is a time of renewal, your body is then gently and lovingly nourished with accredited Dead Sea Body Butter. The Body Butter seeps into your skin, leaving it soft, silky smooth and deeply nourished.  As you are treated to this fabulous massage, allow your mind and body to work together to show you a way of moving forward and “re-birthing” a new you.

The Benefits: The salts and massage invigorate the body and skin, leaving you revitalized and giving a boost to your immune system. Blood circulation is stimulated and dead and dry skin cells are removed. The natural mineral contents in the salt and body butter assist your body to retain moisture, improving skin regeneration. This is truly a wonderful experience.   The second massage I’d like to introduce you to is the

Indian massage. This is a full body massage, alternating between wet and dry. Your body is taken on a journey as you are alternatively briskly brushed off with pure cotton gloves (exfoliating the skin and removing dead cells) and deeply nourished and gently massaged with the Indian Cotton oil, bringing you energy and vitality. The slogan for this massage is “A Rebirth into Be-ing” and I encourage you to try it and allow yourself to use this time to identify and release thoughts, people and patterns which no longer serve you.

The Benefits: Your body will feel totally relaxed and revitalized at the same time. Very good for Arthritis, de-toxing and revitalization. Helps ease joint pain.  You are left in a completely relaxed state of body and mind.

JuShele seems to have caught the Spring bug: What does this mean for you?

Book either of these appointments from Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm) and instead of paying R440 for a 90 minute Dead Sea body scrub and massage you pay ONLY R340 - for 90 minutes! Book the Indian massage and receive a 30 minute Ayurvedic Foot massage for FREE, the full 90 minutes priced at ONLY R350!   I invite you to awaken your body to new possibilities, becoming revitalized and energized and feeling fabulous!

Tania from Fourways:

How did you feel before coming to me? Sad, lonely, not sure of myself, anxious, did not know how to go forward, could not let go of the past

How did the therapy heal/assist you to grow? The treatment helped to accept certain experiences in my life in a manner and time frame that I could cope with. I always leave the sessions calm and at peace with myself. The sessions help to ground me and in so doing I am able to process the emotions that I am feeling

What could you do after the therapy that wasn’t possible before? Meditate, allow myself to be still, centre and calm myself on my own. This is still a new area for me.

What stood out in the treatments that you have not experienced anywhere else before? The peace that you leave with, the ability to say anything and it is okay, the ability to accept and open oneself up to another world, a more spiritual one

What made you choose me? You were recommended to me and I have never looked back

Thought for the week - There Is Always a Chance

clock August 23, 2009 10:27 by author Michele

There Is Always a Chance

You have a chance to win your prize,
if you have the heart to take a chance.

It isn't sufficient just to want.
You've got to ask yourself,
"What are you going to do to get the things you want"?

Your problem is to bridge the gap,
between where you are now
and the place you intend to reach.
Your resolution to succeed will be more important than anything.

You have a fair turn to be as great as you please.
There is no such thing as “no chance”.
Just be willing to take that first step.

You can do anything you wish to do,
have anything you wish to have, be anything you wish to be.

Look at things as they can be.
In the end, you can only fail if you do not try.

Never say never.

Wishing you a week of exciting chances

Thought for the week - You Can Rise Above Reality

clock August 16, 2009 10:25 by author Michele

You Can Rise Above Reality

Courage is the power to face your difficulties.

It comes from the reserves of your mind
that are
more powerful than any of your outside circumstances.

When you recognize that you are bigger than your problems,
you gain the courage necessary to overcome anything.

Your obstacles will look large or small to you according to whether you are large or small.

Courage is the capacity to confront what can be imagined.
It gives you the ability to rise above reality.

You are more important than any of your problems.

Wishing you a “rising above and beyond” week!

Thought for the week - Allow Your Own Inner Light to Guide You

clock August 9, 2009 10:23 by author Michele

Happy Woman’s Day to all you phenomenal women out there!

Allow Your Own Inner Light to Guide You

There comes a time when you must stand alone.

You must feel confident enough within yourself to follow your own dreams.

You must be willing to make sacrifices.

You must be capable of changing and rearranging your priorities so that your final goal can be achieved.

Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be challenged.

There are times when you must take a few extra chances and create your own realities.

Be strong enough to at least try to make your life better.

Be confident enough that you won't settle for a compromise just to get by.

Appreciate yourself by allowing yourself the opportunities to grow, develop, and find your true sense of purpose in this life.

Don't stand in someone else's shadow when it's your sunlight that should lead the way.

Wishing you a glowing week!

Thought for the week - Things I Wish I Had Known When Starting Out in Life

clock August 3, 2009 10:18 by author Michele

Things I Wish I Had Known When Starting Out in Life

“Everything has been figured out, except how to live.” - Jean-Paul Sartre
  1. How to control impulse spending.
  2. You gotta stay active.
  3. How to plan finances.
  4. Junk food will come back to bite you in the butt.
  5. Smoking is just dumb.
  6. Fund your retirement. And don’t withdraw it.
  7. All the stuff you’re doing that seems hard — it will be of use.
  8. Don’t buy that used vehicle without checking it out closely.
  9. That guy you’re going to sell your car to? On a gentleman’s agreement? He’s not gonna pay you.
  10. Make time to pursue your passion, no matter how busy you are.
  11. All that stuff that’s stressing you out — it won’t matter in 5 years, let alone 15.
  12. The people you make friends with are so much more important than your job or the things you buy
  13. All that time you spend watching TV is a huge, huge waste of time.
  14. Your kids are going to grow up way faster than you think. Don’t waste a minute.
  15. Forget the drama. Focus on being happy.
  16. Keep a journal. Seriously. Your memory is extremely faulty.
  17. Tequila is seriously evil.
  18. Yes, you can do a marathon. Don’t put this goal off — it’s extremely rewarding
  19. All these mistakes you’re going to make, despite this advice? They’re worth it.

“Let us so live that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.” - Mark Twain

Wishing you a week of learning.
