Mindfulness Meditation,
which is a practice in Awareness,
will assist you to get clarityand find peacewithin your body,
allowing your body and mind to relax, let go and de-stress.
Mindfulness Meditation does not necessarily have anything to do
with any religious group or denomination.
This course is open to beginners and advanced seekers of meditation practices.
The course consists of 6 weekly lessons starting with the basics of meditation and follows the following schedule:
Week 1: Breath
Week 2: Body
Week 3: Emotions
Week 4: Thinking
Week 5: Mind
Week 6: Daily Life

It is strongly recommended that you attend each class
as each meditation gives insight into the next
and your knowledge, awareness and understanding grows throughout the course,
